Deferred Action: Friend or Foe?

There's a lot of questions surrounding the Deferred Action law ( otherwise known as the DREAMERS act) these days. Will USCIS use the information obtained in the applications against the applicant or even his/her family?

All I've learned about this question points to the fact that no, USCIS will not use it for removing others in your family, and although there is not guarantee as such, my advice is this: You are taking a risk b being illegal everyday, this application poses a risk much smaller and has many more benefits. So I say, of course, those that are eligible should apply. I am charging $450 for these applications, although I know this is a ridiculously low fee for an attorney. Being the child of an immigrant family makes me sympathetic I guess.

An effective allotment about Immigration Law. $450 charge is not too much to pay and not too much to get and i think this is very low fee for an attorney. Thanks

I am impressed, I must say. Very rarely do I come across a site that both informative and entertaining, and let me tell you, your site is important; the issue is something that not enough people are talking intelligently about.

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
