E-1 Trader visa allows foreign nationals of a treaty nation to enter into the U.S. and carry out substantial trade. The nation must be in agreement with the United States. A treaty trader carries on substantial trade in goods, services and technology, principally between the United States and the foreign country of which s/he is a citizen or national.

·         Carry on principal trade (%50 or more) between the United States and the treaty
          country which qualified the treaty trader for E-1 classification

-  Those who have a supervisory or executive position .
